If this is a breeder/show quality male, Seller guarantees fertility of up to 2 litters.

Breeder Male/Female may not be co-owned, leased or resold as breeders unless authorized by Seller.

Buyer may bring as many Queens to Buyers Residence for breeding but Male cannot leave residence.

If a kitten is placed as a Breeder/Show, Seller guarantees kitten to be of breeder/show quality and will be replaced if locket, tail fault or any other physical trait that would disqualify them for showing develops up to 10 months of age.

Buyer guarantees to provide the best of care, premium foods and socialization to the kitten.

If the Buyer purchases a Breeder/Show Quality Male/Female, they will provide the best housing no smaller than 8' wide x 8' tall and 12' long. We do not believe in caging our cats so we would expect the same for any of our kittens that leave our cattery.

We guarantee sound health and temperament of kitten. It may take up to 2 weeks for the kitten to adjust to the new environment.

Up to Date Vaccination records will accompany the kitten and will be provided by the Seller.

If the kitten is purchased as a pet, the kitten will be neutered/spayed at an extra charge of $50.00.

Health is guaranteed for a period of 48 hours from the time the kitten leaves the possession of the Seller. It is recommended that the Buyer take the kitten to their Veterinarian (Buyer's Expense) within this period of time for Buyers own Satisfaction and Protection. If the kitten is found to be ill, a written statement from the Buyers Veterinarian stating the problem will be sent to the Seller. If it is determined that the Kitten was ill at the time it left the Seller, the Seller will pay for the Kittens return.

Seller is not responsible for any Veterinarian Bills unless agreed upon in writing. We highly recommend Pet Insurance as a certain percentage of the bill be covered by the Insurance.

There are no cash refunds. Kitten will be replaced as soon as another kitten of equal value becomes available.

This Kitten/Cat may not be sold to any Pet Shop.

If the Buyer decides to sell this Kitten/Cat, the Seller has the first option to buy the Kitten/Cat back as a Whole Cat. The cat cannot be resold as a whole (unspayed/un-neutered cat) to any other person other than the Seller.

Seller does not guarantee against HCM for this kitten as testing cannot be done until 2 years of age and many litters may be produced by then.

Buyer agrees to have this kitten tested for HCM at 2+ years of age if the kitten/cat is bought as a breeder.

Any disputes over this contract will be settled in the city of residence of Magyar Bengals Reg'd at the time of the dispute.

If the Buyer is found to be in violation of any of the above or mistreating the Kitten/Cat, Buyer agrees to the return of the Kitten/Cat to the Seller at the Buyer's expense including but not limited to Legal, Veterinarian and Shipping of the Kitten/Cat and No Refund will be given.
